Second Quarter, 2006 MEG Enterprises, LLC acquires Maryland business trade name: Online Home Theater Accessories, and sponsors online retail sales venues serving the home theater products, supplies and accessories marketplace. Third Quarter, 2006 MEG Enterprises, LLC acquires Maryland business trade name: Home Theater Accessories and continues to expand it's product offerrings, distribution and web retail venues. Sales revenues for third quarter exceed company forecasts.

Fourth Quarter, 2006

MEG Enterprises, LLC secures contracts with major concession
equipment & supplies manufacturers and is an authorized distributor and
reseller for many popular concession products. Leveraging our volume direct
buying power brings an affordable price point for the retail consumer.
We have again expanded our product offerring and anticipate even
further expansion and growth in 2007. Sales revenues for fourth quarter
exceed company forecast projections.

First Quarter, 2007

MEG Enterprises, LLC has secured additional contracts with major concession equipment & supplies manufacurers as well as cinema house, food service and movie theater supplies and decor manufacturers. We are an authorized dealer for many nationwide equipment and supplies vendors. Nationwide sales have again surpassed previous quarter revenues. Our inventory management and shipment processing have been updated with leading technology softwares and tracking/inventory/print fulfillment facilties.

Second Quarter, 2007

MEG Enterprises, LLC continues to expand its distributor relationships and now represents several national concession supply manufacturers. MEG Enterprises LLC has moved its Home Theater and Concession Supply e-commerce shopping venues to a new software platform providing consumers an improved online shopping experience. Expansion in the Concession Supply market is the focus for the remainder of 2007, and several new concession food preparation equipment product offerings are scheduled for release this fall. 

Third Quarter, 2007

MEG Enterprises, LLC has experienced our most profitable quarter yet!  We are pleased to announce that third quarter revenue has surpassed all previous quarter results. Our new software platform provides consumers an improved online shopping experience. New food preparation equipment has been added to our product offering and more home-user-friendly concession items have been added to our product catalog, targeting home theater enthusiasts. This fall MEG Enterprises, LLC will undertake a dual focus; ie: the Concessionaire AND the Home Theater marketplace. This should prove both a challenging and profitable venture.

Fourth Quarter, 2007

 We are pleased to announce that fourth quarter revenue has surpassed all previous quarter results, again!. We have expanded our product offerring, as was our goal, and we received above anticipated sales for our new product lineup. We have moved into the concessionaire marketplace and are providing equipment, supplies and accessories as projected. We have secured additional distributor contracts with choice vendors and manufacturers and attained competitive pricing on all of our prodcuts. Goals for 2008 include our participation in the Cinema Industry Concession Supply and Distribution Network as a Mid-Atlantic region supplier.

First Quarter, 2008

 We are excited as we enter our third year in business. We have evolved our business model from the home theater accessories market niche to the full product equipment and accessory concessionaire supply distributor. Our target market has changed to include concessionaires, miday and carnival food stuff sales, and fund-raiser and charity events. We expect to exceed our investor expectations for yet another fiscal quarter and are looking forward to the New Years sales prospects.
